Enjoy Tea by the Sea!

Miles supports the Children’s Hospice South West hosts tea tent at Oceanfest 2017

Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) is delighted to be the chosen charity again for North Devon’s own surf and music festival, GoldCoast Oceanfest, and is looking forward to hosting a special ‘Tea by the Sea’ vintage tea tent at the event.

Offering a selection of Miles Teas, the ‘Tea by the Sea’ tent will offer festival goers the chance for a much needed cuppa, and there’ll also be home-made cakes and cream teas available.

Emma Perry, Senior Community Fundraiser at the charity’s Little Bridge House hospice near Barnstaple said: ‘Oceanfest is such an iconic local event and we are thrilled to once again be part of it. We hope that our ‘Tea by the Sea’ tent will provide a welcome source of refreshment to the festival visitors and, with such a great line-up, we’re sure it’s going to be a fantastic event.’

The ‘Tea by the Sea’ tent will be open daily across the weekend and will offer a selection of teas kindly donated by South West’s own Miles Tea. The tent will also be home to children’s activities organised by Atlas Packaging and Petroc.

Headline acts at this year’s Oceanfest include Kaiser Chiefs and Scouting for Girls and the event runs from June 16-18.
