A single estate coffee grown by the Akha Hill tribe in Northern Thailand. The tribe have transformed their lives by moving away from subsistance farming to establish themselves as independent successful coffee producers. The coffee is cultivated in small family gardens with everyone committed to maintaining sustainable agriculture and having minimal impact on the natural habitat. They describe their coffee as 'Beyond Fairtrade'. Doi Chaang is a well rounded coffee with body and a gentle citrusy character.
