Tea Tasting The daily ritual of tea tasting is carried out by our three skilled tea tasters. Samples of many different teas from across the world are carefully weighed out into pots using an old sixpenny piece as the standard reference weight
Coffee Roasting Our coffees are roasted on a daily basis We only select the most suitable beans which are then carefully roasted to create the perfect balance of strength and character.
