I am a Porlock Boy and moved to New Zealand 8 years ago. This is the 1 thing I really miss! I stocked up in september on my first trip home since I left but I`m nearly out and need someone to send me more! Can`t buy decent tea over here and it makes me sad! Thank you Derek for your Excellent tea!
12th Jun, 2012I first tasted this tea whilst on holiday in Devon in a small tea shop. The taste was so delicious and refreshing. I bought a bag to take home not sure if the taste would be as good in a hard water area, but is just as good. I'm a fussy tea drinker and prior to tasting this tea would only drink one brand. I now cannot go back to that brand. I have just ordered 840 bags to keep me going and will be buying again in the future. I really wish this tea was in the big supermarkets around the country. I'm sure it would do really well and hope to see it on the shelves in the future.
9th Jun, 2012I lived in Somerset for two years. I miss Miles tea along with the lovely people. There is no substitute for this refreshing and clean tasting tea on the market. I will stock up via on line ordering so as not to be without it in the cupboard. The website makes it such an easy process.
2nd Dec, 2010A favourite when I'm staying in Somerset and remains a favourite when we return home to Surrey. Be careful if you live in a soft water area these will brew really quickly about 90secs! In hard water areas a touch longer maybe 2mins and you get a lovely refreshing rich golden brew. We recently bought 720 of these for home and we'll be buying another 720 later in the summer! If you don't live locally and you like the tea order some of this to remind you of Somerset...
