Having visited a small tea/coffee shop while on holiday in Ilfracombe, I first came across this blend of coffee .That day I bought all the shop had in stock, and since then have served it at home and to my customers in our car service and repair garage .They all comment on the lovely smell and many of our italian customers often pop in for a quick cuppa .

Cathedral Blend - this is without a doubt my favorite blend of all the coffees we produce.  Its full of flavour without being bitter. Its a slightly higher roast than the Miles Blend which gives it that special extra something.  Lovely!

Simply gorgeous, my favourite blend, in fact I always try keep at least 3 packets in the cupboard. This one can be quite strong, but I love the smooth flavour and I tend use approx 13-14g per 500ml of coffee to get the right strength for me, so a packet doesn't last that long! Highly Recommended!
