Railway Runs on Tea

They say an army marches on its stomach, well this railway marches on tea (and coal....)

One of our Miles Team, Sam, is putting on an photographic exhibition over the next two weeks (20th September - 5th October). Pop along and say hello!

The exhibition will be held at Bishops Lydeard Station Museum. Ten handprinted darkroom black and white prints will be exhibited giving a sight into the life of an Engine driver on England's Longest Preserved Railway. Miles Tea is high up on the Engine Drivers agenda, pictured here is Alan the Driver (who you may recognise from the recent Aldi Adverts or on the front of the Real Crisps..?) enjoying a good cup of Miles Tea.

The exhibition will be opened by the Mayor of Taunton tonight at 19:00. Tomorrow (20th Sept) will see a photographic darkroom workshop in operation. The exhibition will be open daily until October 5th. Look forward to seeing you there.
