It official - My 10 year old is VERY fussy, and insists on having our Hot Chocolate. It has to be made with 100% hot milk and frothed as much as possible in a frother. I always make just slightly too much to fit in her mug, because of the copious froth now on top, which leaves a tiny treat for the cook! 8th Feb, 2011

What can I say, except it's bliss in a mug! I've found the best way to make it is to heat some milk, (just enough to make a paste), in the microwave, add a couple of heaped dessert spoons then top up with boiling water. Find a favourite mug to serve it in and then just take time to savour every last drop. Little hint: if you've got a frother, (you can buy them cheaply), it makes the drink even better! After arriving in Porlock, I had a cup of tea in my guest house and found that it was the best tasting tea I had ever had. Then I found a sachet of Hot Chocolate, what turned out to be the most sumptuous tasting drink I think I have ever had. It has a full, rich flavour which feels luxurious to drink.
