Although described as a dark roast, I think this is closer to medium - certainly in colour. The beans are relatively small, and fairly dry. It makes good espresso, but slightly bitter compared to the Latino blend. However, this bitterness works brilliantly in cappuccino, cutting through the milk nicely. 3rd Apr, 2012
