Delivery Information

For retail customer deliveries to mainland UK

Standard Delivery (under £25) 3-5 Working Days £3.95                        .

Express Delivery Within 48 Hours Working Days £5.05

Working/delivery days are Mon-Fri and do not include bank holidays.

Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next working day.

Deliveries to UK offshore destinations are priced at £17.90. Offshore destinations are: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Scottish highlands and Scilly Islands), please select the relevant delivery method.                 

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £25 to mainland UK retail customers only.

Whilst we will do our best to comply with specific delivery instructions, DPD cannot always comply with a specific timed delivery, or to leave in a ‘safe’ place. A signature will be required.

If you wish your item to be left in safe place, please leave a signed note with clear directions for DPD.

If you require your goods on a certain day, please contact a member of our team as soon as possible.

We will do everything in our power to ensure all goods reach their destination, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, e.g poor weather, road closures etc.

International Deliveries

We are pleased to offer international shipping to our customers. Please change your delivery area in accordance with your delivery address. If your area is not located in this section, please contact a member of our team for a quote. International deliveries take 3-4 days

Rest of the world deliveries:

Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate orders to anywhere not specified in our delivery area. We are sorry for this, but it is something we are working towards.

And any extra relevant terms:

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders/items can be canceled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you, to us, within seven working days of receipt.

If we receive no such notification, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.

Important tips for a successful order

Please carefully ensure your address is correct including the postcode. We can't be held responsible for dispatching to addresses which are incorrect. If there is anything you wish to change, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you wish to add to an outstanding order, you will need to telephone the Sales Team. In some cases your order may have been despatched so an extra postal charge may be included.
