D J Miles & Co Ltd is a traditional family firm, with a history going back over 100 years. Having had three generations in the tea and coffee trade. The company was founded in 1888 by Henry Miles, the grandfather of Derek Miles the present Chairman.

Tea Tasting Our teas are bought from around the world, blended and packed in our own premises. This involves the daily ritual of tea tasting, carried out by our three skilled tea tasters.

Coffee Roasting Our coffees are roasted on a daily basis in our Porlock site. We only select the most suitable beans which are then carefully roasted to create the perfect balance of strength and character.
