Often considered as the closest taste to wild coffee you can get. The coffee is grown in the shade of dense forests until the young beans are ready to be picked.

The young coffee is then laid out to dry in the baking Ethiopian sun.

 This process helps develops the beans rich flavour and winey, spicy aftertaste.
