In the early 1800's the 'secrets' of this tea were allegedly passed by a Chinese Mandarin to the Second Earl Grey whilst he was on a diplomatic mission to China. This Miles Earl Grey is a fine blend of teas delicately scented with Oil of Bergamot.

Ingredients: Tea, Oil of Bergamot

Put one tea bag per person into a teapot. Fill the pot with boiling water and allow it to brew for 3 to 5 minutes before pouring. This tea can be drunk with lemon, or on it's own.
