Put one teaspoon of loose tea per person into a teapot. Fill the pot with boiling water and allow it to brew for 3 to 5 minutes before pouring. This tea can be drunk with milk or lemon, or on it's own.

If you enjoy strong tea this is the best you will find. We used to buy M&S extra strong tea until they stopped selling it in favour of the common brands. In search of a decent replacement we tried this tea because of the good reviews. I have to say it exceeds the flavour of the M&S extra strong; we are now on our 7th order and the 15th 1.5kg packet. The delivery service offered by Miles is also 1st class, with emails informing you of its delivery status all the way. Highly recommended.

I must sound like a snob to my friends when I insist I only drink from loose tea. But that was after someone told me of their visit to a tea estate where he saw the dust and stalks being swept up for tea bagging. Bags are a brilliant idea for selling waste, and that's all most people here in the USA use.
